Garlic Butter Pizza

Melted mozzarella, fresh herbs, and Garlic Parmesan Flavored Butter combine for an irresistibly flavorful and easy weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz pizza dough (16 oz if you prefer a thick crust), store-bought or homemade
  • 1 (3.5 oz) tub Epicurean Butter Garlic Parmesan Flavored Butter, melted
  • 2 cups shredded, low moisture, part-skim mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, roughly chopped
  • 3 Tbsp fresh oregano leaves
  • Red chile flakes, for serving

Directions

  1. Remove dough from fridge and let rest at room temp for at least 1 hour.
  2. Place a pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven and preheat oven to 450°F.
  3. Place dough on a lightly floured surface and roll or pull dough into just under a 12-inch circle.
  4. Brush the entire pizza, including the crust, with melted Garlic Parmesan Flavored Butter, getting lots of herbs and cheese on brush (you’ll use about half of the butter and save the rest for dipping.
  5. Carefully transfer the dough to the hot pizza stone or baking sheet and top with the shredded mozzarella.
  6. Bake for 7-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly and crust is golden brown on the bottom.
  7. Cool and top with chopped herbs and red chile flakes.
  8. Serve with remaining Garlic Parmesan Flavored Butter for dipping.
