Melt-in-your-mouth carrots rich with white truffle flavor, a touch of brown sugar, and a crunch of flaky salt. An easy side dish that’s perfect for entertaining!
1 Tbsp coarse sea salt, for garnish, such as Maldon
Directions
Peel carrots and slice into 1-inch coins if large, or leave whole if thin.
Place carrots in a large saucepan or Dutch oven and cover with water.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until just starting to get tender,
about 8–10 minutes. Drain and return carrots to the pan.
Add White Truffle Flavored Butter, brown sugar, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
Cook over medium heat for 4–5 minutes until the carrots are tender and nicely glazed.
Transfer carrots to a serving dish and drizzle with the remaining glaze.
Sprinkle with coarse salt and parsley, and serve immediately.
