Truffle Fries

Crispy fries coated in flavored butter and parmesan: simple prep, indulgent flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb) pkg frozen French fries
  • 1 (3.5 oz) tub Epicurean Butter Black Truffle Flavored Butter*, melted
  • ¼ cup shredded parmesan, plus more for sprinkling
  • 3 Tbsp chopped chives or parsley

Substitution

  • 1 (3.5 oz) tub Epicurean Butter White Truffle Flavored Butter, melted

Directions

  1. Bake fries according to package instructions, flipping 1–2 times to ensure even browning.
  2. Once fries are crispy, drizzle with 4 tablespoons of Black Truffle Flavored Butter and sprinkle with shredded parmesan. Toss to coat.
  3. Return fries to the oven and bake for another minute.
  4. Remove from oven and toss with chopped chives and a few more tablespoons of shredded parmesan.
  5. Serve with the remaining melted Black Truffle Flavored Butter for dipping.
